We want you to love your Pretti Bazaar jewelry. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at prettibazaar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items purchased on sale or as part of a deal are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refund Options

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds are issued. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. You will be notified by email once your store credit has been issued.
