Pretti Bazaar Shipping Policy

At Pretti Bazaar, each order is handled with care to ensure your jewelry arrives beautifully packaged and on time.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If an item is marked as Pre-Order, it will ship once it becomes available. The estimated arrival date will be listed on the product page.

  • You will be notified via email if any item is delayed or temporarily out of stock.

Please note: Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock pieces shipped first, please place a separate order.


Shipping Options

We proudly ship via USPS and UPS, offering several delivery options:

  • USPS/UPS Economy: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

  • UPS Ground: 5–8 business days

Tracking information is provided by email once your order has been labeled and shipped.


Cancellations

Because our fulfillment process begins immediately after checkout, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.


Delivery Estimates

When estimating your delivery date, please consider:

  • Credit card authorization and address verification (processing can take up to 48 hours)

  • Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3–5 business days, please contact us at prettibazaar@gmail.com for assistance.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier, Pretti Bazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

We always recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive your package at delivery.


Priority Mail & Preferred Shipping

Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, offering a balance of speed, affordability, and reliability.

  • Delivery within 1–3 business days depending on location

  • Includes tracking and email notification once shipped
    We also offer UPS for customers who prefer alternative carrier options.
